Special Events @ LACO

During her time at Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, Monica produced a slate of mission-driven special events that set organizational fundraising records and connected patrons to a wide world of classical music. Working with volunteer leadership and a robust gala committee, Monica planned an annual fundraising gala featuring a concert, silent auction, “paddle raise” direct ask, and dinner. In the fall season, Monica produced LACO à la Carte, a series of fundraising concert dinners in the homes of consuls general from around the world. 

Special projects under Monica’s purview also included Artist Residencies and the Sound Investment Commissioning Club.
